As a Regional Sales Representative at Roart, you will play a key role in expanding our client base within the construction and renovation sector. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, contractors, and partners to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive business growth and build strong client relationships in the construction sector. If you're a persuasive communicator with industry knowledge, we need you!

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Promote Roart’s construction and renovation services to customers.

Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

Work closely with project managers and engineers to align sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful project execution.
Must Have

Experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or related fields.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to understand technical drawings and building specifications.
- Valid work permit for Belgium.
Nice to have

Knowledge of Belgian construction laws and permitting processes.

Experience with CRM systems or sales analytics tools.
