Responsibilities
- Perform various construction tasks, including structural work, finishing, and site preparation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Operate and maintain construction tools, machinery, and equipment safely.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members for seamless execution.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all materials are stored correctly.
Must Have
- Proven experience in construction, renovation, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to follow technical plans and work under deadlines.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Valid work permit for Belgium.
Nice to have
- Certifications in specific construction skills (masonry, carpentry, welding, etc.).
- Experience with energy-efficient building techniques.
- Knowledge of Belgian construction regulations and permits.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery or specialized tools.
